Liam Payne starts YouTube channel: ‘Want to do something extra’

One Direction’s Liam Payne started a YouTube craze on Thursday night. After announcing he was going to have a YouTube feed to highlight One Direction videos made by fans and then share the link with other fans, the insanity of subscribing was in full swing. Almost every One Direction fan on the planet started subscribing to the feed with over 35,000 people in less than an hour. Promising to try to highlight a video every week, the idea caught on like wildfire as fans definitely want to hear from the members of the British boy band.
“Feel free to ask me if there is songs you want me to play or anything you guys want to see,” wrote Liam Payne on his new YouTube page Thursday. “I just want to do something extra for all you amazing fans to show you how grateful I am for all your hard work and all the amazing support you give me and the boys.”
Fans would have never known the entertainer decided to bond with the audience except the entertainer posted an announcement on his Twitter account. Sharing the videos were “coming soon” the fans were overwhelmed with joy and some even mentioned they were crying as a new way to connect with One Direction is a dream of the fans.
